Located in the heart of the Faubourg de Carthage, surrounded by vast fields of wheat, Carthage Hill is a real Carthaginian gem to discover. The peaceful gardens of our house offer a haven of peace where you can relax, read and soak up the sun while listening to the birdsong. Our location is ideal, just 9 km from Tunis-Carthage airport and 17 km from the Tunis business centre, allowing you to stay in the heart of nature while being close to Sidi Bou Saïd, La Marsa and the town of Carthage itself.

Step through the heavy copper door and you'll be transported to a charming, bucolic setting. Our old house has been passionately restored and is adorned with magnificent Arab and Moorish architectural features, as well as carefully selected antique furniture and objects. We are here to welcome you and hope to move you.

The central part of the house has a beautiful fireplace for winter evenings, various nooks and crannies for your privacy, a cosy reading area and an old alcove for intimate conversations. What's more, large flat-screen TVs are integrated into the décor, allowing you to stay connected to the outside world at your leisure. The dining room, where we serve an excellent breakfast, is also a treasure trove of curious objects accumulated over the years. You can enter our extraordinary kitchen and enjoy a magical experience as you browse through the antique brass utensils and large pots of yesteryear, reminiscent of our grandmothers' ancestral times.

Our table d'hôtes offers traditional Tunisian cuisine, accompanied by quality local wines. You will have the opportunity to discover a variety of refined dishes and savour unique flavours. Carthage Hill offers different types of accommodation to suit your needs.

The Lodge DIDON suite, built in exotic wood, offers the warm, intimate ambience of a mountain chalet, with refined, colourful touches reminiscent of Tunisia.

The ELYSSA Lodge Suite, also built and clad in exotic wood, will make you feel like you're in a mountain chalet, while preserving refined decorative details reminiscent of Tunisia.

The Lodge TANIT suite, built and finished in exotic wood and white, offers a romantic experience bathed in light, with a richly furnished covered veranda overlooking the vast garden.

The BYRSA room, located in the heart of the house, has two windows that flood the space with light in the morning. It will allow you to experience the daily life of our house up close and to soak up its warm atmosphere. Next door, you'll find a spacious private bathroom.

The SALAMMBÖ room, also located in the heart of the house, offers a warm, nostalgic atmosphere, with a private bathroom and dressing room, evoking the comfort of a mother's home.

The ASHTART bungalow is an original accommodation full of character, set slightly apart in the garden. Equipped with a kitchenette, it offers total privacy and independence, for a stay full of charm.
